Paul has more than 20 years of business management experience with computer and communications equipment manufacturers.  For the past 11 years he has been working with Value Added Resellers and Business Process Management software developers.  In 1998 he established MCS Business Services, a consulting company providing network and Web based solutions for Small-Medium-Businesses [SMB].  MCS services include security and business process audits, network infrastructure analysis and implementation of recommended equipment and software.  We provide a comprehensive audit with security survey forms for employee and management input and education.  A security policy specific to the client is developed and reviewed with management and employees.  Authentication, authorization and audit rules are established and monitored.  Paul personally manages all MCS projects.  Plans are developed and reviewed to ensure contracted services are delivered on time and in accordance with client’s needs and per agreement (contract).  When necessary we bring in business process specialists that we have experience with to add value and expedite project completion.
